1.     Upon product delivery, please do inspect product quality right away to ensure satisfaction. If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete (missing parts) at the time of delivery, please file a return request on the app or website within 7 days of the delivery date.

2.   The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

3. Mobile phones, Laptops, Computers and other consumer electronic items are non-returnable and non-refundable. But if the product is damaged, defective or incomplete (missing parts) at the time of delivery we will return it straightaway.

4.  We accept a change of mind in following categories: Men’s Fashion, Women’s Fashion, Men’s bags, Women’s bags, Luggage & Suitcase etc. Exceptions are laptop & computer accessories, Mobile & electronic items, home appliance items, women's intimate apparel, men's innerwear, eyewear, jewelry, watches, Furniture and furnishing etc. But a return shipping fee / delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.

5.   For a third party seller products contact the third-party seller within 7 days of receipt.

6. All product packaging (boxes, original tags, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.

7. Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery won't be accepted for return.

8.  Contact the manufacturer directly or you can contact through us for product registration and warranty-related information.

9. For overseas products, please refer to the product page to check the applicable return reasons.
